Please read these terms carefully before submitting your application to the BEMinds.org Scholarship Program. By applying, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.

1. Eligibility
Applicants must be Filipino citizens currently enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited educational institution in the Philippines.
Applicants must meet the specific academic and financial requirements set by the scholarship program they are applying for.
Past recipients of a BEMinds.org scholarship may re-apply, subject to a satisfactory performance review.
2. Application Process
All application materials must be submitted through the official online portal at beminds.org. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Supporting documents (transcript of records, proof of income, essay responses, and other required files) must be authentic and current.
Submission of falsified, altered, or misleading documents will result in immediate disqualification and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
BEMinds.org reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request additional documents at any stage of the process.
3. Selection and Award
Scholars are selected by the BEMinds.org Scholarship Committee based on academic merit, financial need, and alignment with program objectives.
All selection decisions are final. The Committee is not obligated to disclose the reasons for acceptance or rejection.
Scholarship awards are disbursed directly to the scholar or their institution as specified in the award letter. Cash alternatives are not available.
4. Scholar Obligations
Recipients must maintain the minimum GWA (General Weighted Average) specified in their award letter throughout the scholarship period.
Scholars must submit a semestral academic progress report within thirty (30) days after each semester ends.
Scholars are expected to participate in BEMinds.org community activities, mentorship sessions, and events as reasonably required.
Any change in school, course, or enrollment status must be reported to BEMinds.org within fifteen (15) days of the change.
5. Suspension and Termination
Failure to meet academic requirements may result in suspension of the scholarship for one semester, subject to an appeal process.
Scholarships will be terminated upon: withdrawal from school, violation of these Terms, commission of an act of academic dishonesty, or conviction of a criminal offense.
BEMinds.org may terminate a scholarship at any time if funding is withdrawn or if the program is discontinued, with reasonable notice given to affected scholars.
6. Intellectual Property and Publicity
By accepting a scholarship, recipients grant BEMinds.org the right to use their name, photograph, institution, and general story for promotional and fundraising purposes, unless a written opt-out is submitted within 30 days of award acceptance.
Academic works produced with BEMinds.org support remain the intellectual property of the scholar.
7. Limitation of Liability
BEMinds.org shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a scholar's participation in the program.
The foundation does not guarantee employment, admission, or any specific academic outcome as a result of receiving the scholarship.
8. Amendments
BEMinds.org reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Scholars and applicants will be notified of material changes via their registered email address.
Continued participation in the program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
